We offer an exchange on faulty or damaged products. Please contact info@diihomestore.com to arrange your product exchange. Note that we are unable to offer compensation for change-of-mind purchases and to protect your hygiene, products cannot be returned.

A return request must be made withing thirty (30) days of receipt of purchase.

If you purchased your product at a retailer other than diihomestore.com please contact your retailer regarding their return policy.
